Our team understands that financial considerations are an important part of treatment planning, and we strive to help patients navigate their insurance benefits and payment options as clearly and efficiently as possible.
Please note that our office is currently in-network with Delta Dental Insurance. Even if we are considered out-of-network with your specific dental plan, our team is still happy to assist with claim submissions and help you better understand your available dental benefits and estimated coverage.

• Split-payment arrangements for qualifying non-insurance patients may be available upon request
CareCredit financing applications may be completed online or with assistance from our team during your visit.
Please note that payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
As a courtesy, our office will submit insurance claims on your behalf and help track claim processing whenever possible. Because dental insurance policies vary significantly, estimated patient portions are not a guarantee of coverage. Any balance not paid by your insurance provider ultimately remains the responsibility of the patient.
Most insurance providers respond to claims within approximately four to six weeks. We kindly ask that patients keep our office informed of any changes to their dental insurance coverage or benefits.
