First Visit

What will happen on my first visit?

Your first visit to Alpine Periodontics and Dental Implants is designed to be comfortable, informative, and personalized. Our goal is to create an experience that feels welcoming, unrushed, and clear from the moment you arrive.

During your first visit, Dr. Issa Dkeidek, DDS, MSD, will perform an evaluation, review your goals and concerns, and discuss recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Understanding why you were referred and what you hope to accomplish helps us tailor treatment recommendations in the most efficient, practical, and financially mindful way possible.

The initial appointment is focused on understanding your needs and goals in order to pair you with the most appropriate treatment plan for your individual situation. Depending on your specific concerns, portions of a periodontal or implant evaluation may be completed during your first visit.

We do offer same-day treatment for certain urgent or time-sensitive conditions when clinically appropriate. However, same-day treatment must be coordinated in advance with a member of our team so we can be appropriately prepared to render treatment during your visit.

To help maximize your time during your first visit, please bring the following items if available:

  • Dental benefit or insurance cards
  • A current list of medications
  • Recent dental radiographs or CBCT scans
  • Referral slips, clinical notes, or relevant medical history information

Patient registration forms and portions of your medical history may also be completed ahead of time to help streamline your visit and maximize your appointment time with our clinical team.

We encourage patients to bring any questions or concerns they would like to discuss. Our team is committed to making your experience as smooth, informative, and comfortable as possible from the very beginning.
